  • Peak Seasons (Holidays / Promotions): Up to 6 business days
  • Shipping Fee: Flat $6.99 for all orders, regardless of location

Delivery estimates vary by region and fulfillment center:

For shipments outside the U.S., delivery is DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

  • Fees are typically minimal for small lifestyle and kitchen items

5️⃣ Changes or Cancellations 

  • Contact us at service@xjvllkc.com within 12 hours to update shipping or cancel an order
  • Orders already in processing cannot be changed or canceled

6️⃣ Lost or Damaged Packages 

Damaged Items:

  • Take a photo and email within 72 hours
  • We will send a replacement at no cost

Lost in Transit:

  • If confirmed by the carrier, a replacement will be sent free of charge
